What is Torrent?
Torrent is a file-sharing protocol used for Distributing large amounts of data over the internet. It allows users to download files from multiple sources simultaneously, which speeds up the downloading process and reduces The Strain on individual servers. When you download a file using a torrent you're actually downloading small pieces of the file from other users who already have that file or are currently downloading it.

How Torrent Works?
These users are referred to as peers. Instead of relying on a single server, the file is distributed among multiple peers making it more resilient to network interruptions and increasing download speeds to use torrents. You typically need a BitTorrent client software installed on your computer. This software connects to a Tracker which keeps track of the peers currently downloading or sharing the file. The tracker helps your client find other users who have the file you want or are in the process of downloading it. Torrents are commonly associated with distributing copyrighted materials such as movies, music, and software, including legal and illegal content. It's important to note that while the torrent protocol itself is not illegal downloading copyrighted material without proper authorization is against the law in many countries. It's always advisable to respect copyright laws and only download or share content that you have the legal right to access.
